By using Spendr (spendr.xyz and the Spendr browser extension), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

THE SERVICE

Spendr is a cashback rewards platform that pays users USDT (a Solana-based stablecoin) when they shop at partner merchants via our browser extension. Cashback is funded by affiliate commissions we receive from merchants through Impact.com.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older to use Spendr
One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
You must provide accurate registration information

CASHBACK TERMS

Cashback rates are set by merchants and may change at any time
Cashback appears as "pending" until the merchant's return window closes (typically 30–90 days)
Cashback may be reversed if an order is returned, cancelled, or flagged as fraudulent
Spendr retains 35% of affiliate commissions; users receive 65%
Cashback is only credited when purchases are made through properly activated Spendr sessions
Attempting to manipulate cashback tracking (fake purchases, self-referrals, etc.) will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings

WITHDRAWALS

Minimum withdrawal amount is $5.00 USDT
Withdrawals are sent to the Solana wallet address you provide
Ensure your withdrawal address is correct — blockchain transactions are irreversible
Spendr is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses provided by users
Withdrawals are processed in USDT on the Solana network

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the cashback system. Pending cashback may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Spendr is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses resulting from merchant cashback reversals, blockchain network issues, incorrect wallet addresses provided by users, or changes to merchant cashback programs.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Spendr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
